I have decided to re-open my coaching services.

I have decided that I will offer my services at 25% off of what my hourly coaching rate was when I last coached in 2010, which was $250 per hour. It will now be $187.50 per hour. I think this is a great value and you have the added bonus of knowing that I'm a considerably improved poker player since the last time I was coaching students.

My coaching lessons are two hours in length and I feel like a minimum of 5 lessons (10 hours) is ideal for being able to fully convey my knowledge to you and have a significant impact on improving your game. If you choose to purchase a 5 lesson package, I will give you even a further discount of 20% off of the already reduced hourly fee of $187.50 on the entire lesson package. That's only $150 per hour for quality poker lessons! That's a total of 40% off my normal coaching rate!!!

My specialties are NLHE 6 Max cash games and mass tabling. I can help boost your # of tables played by at least a table or two by helping you understand how to use a few secret things that I've discovered in my VPP quest this year... I have slightly over 930k VPPs so far in 2011.

Yesterday's events

I'm now living in a different poker house for my last week in Vegas with my friend and student, Charlie. It's been a good first few days so far. I'll post some pics of the house later on.

Today, we got out of the house and went shopping for an hour or so then Charlie, Denis, and I went to the Cirque du Solei show called "Mistere" at the Treasure Island. The show was very good and had a lot of gymnast type stunts in it. I'd definitely recommend it to people in Vegas. I also saw the Ka' show at the MGM Grand last Friday and that was also fantasic. I'll say that I liked Ka' slightly better. Last year I saw "O" at the Bellagio and that remains my favorite show.

After the show, we grabbed a bite to eat and I decided to play some live poker. I played some $2/5 NL at the Venetian and ended up profiting about $660 after about 6 hours of play. My cash supply has been drained from going out clubbing, taxis, eating, shopping, shows, etc. so I wanted to try and make some actual green. It was the first time I've played live poker in at least a few weeks. I didn't really have enough cash on me to comfortable play $5/10 NL and I didn't feel like getting money out of an ATM either.

It's super late now so I'm going to hit the hay. I think we might be going golfing tomorrow afternoon so that should be fun if it materializes.

    I didn't play in the WSOP Main Event mainly because I hate donkaments and live poker. I came to Vegas pretty much to meet a bunch of other online pros and go out clubbing.
